Emergency Referrals:

In an emergency or referral situation, calling our main number at (209) 847-5951 is the most efficient way to contact us. Our on-call doctors will call you back right away to discuss the case with you. In addition, our doctors are always available to consult with you.

MRI Referrals:

Your patient is overseen by a Veterinarian once it arrives, throughout the procedure, and examined prior to discharge. Scans are performed Monday-Friday by a highly trained MRI technologist. You and your client are notified as soon as your patient has recovered from anesthesia. As the referring Veterinarian, you are contacted first with MRI results and then it is your choice if we contact the client. Pioneer will not solicit therapeutic plan to your client, unless you prefer to have therapeutics performed prior to the patient returning to your care.
