While Pioneer serves as a leading equine referral center, we also take pride in providing exceptional primary veterinary field services for the horses in the local area as well as the East Bay. Once the main service provided by the clinic, it is now part of the complete equine medical program that we offer to our clients. Pioneer maintains six fully equipped vehicles to handle routine and emergency veterinary care for our clients, allowing us to bring the expertise of our veterinary staff directly to farms and ranches. Anything from annual vaccinations, lameness evaluation, wellness exams, emergency colics, and dental floats, our field veterinarians take pride in the quality of the service they provide to our clients.
