General Practice Veterinarian

About the Position :
● Open to general practitioners interested in a combination of in hospital and ambulatory work that would like to focus on any type of medicine interest with a preference toward ambulatory general practice, ophthalmology, reproduction, and emergency.
● Open to specialists looking to build their practice with already established clientele, but the role will require significant general practice contribution including ambulatory work.
● Supported by multiple interns, technicians, an ultrasound specialist, a boarded internist, and two boarded surgeons
● Reasonable amount of on call (divided amongst all associates with intern contribution) with emergency fees paid to the associate
● Flexible scheduling including day length and number of days per week
● Focus on efficient, collaborative teamwork to allow for work-life balance
Our Ideal Candidate :
● You are a DVM or VMD with an ability to obtain a California license
The California Board Examination has recently been eliminated – new requirements are NAVLE + a take-home California veterinary law exam

Veterinarian Technician - Ultrasound Service
We are currently looking to add a technician to assist our Ultrasound Specialist, Dr.Brenner!
Dr. Brenner sees a variety of horses for Ultrasounds so being comfortable with the tall Warmbloods to the stout Quarter Horses is a must. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: lungeing horses, washing and clipping specific areas to provide access for ultrasounds, handling horses while scans are happening. This person must be very comfortable with customer service as you will be interacting with a variety of clients. On occasion, you will need to go out in the field, a valid drivers license is required. This job would be a minimum of 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Pay dependent on experience.
